A very last minute Friday’s Finds post after a super busy week.
This week Mutiny Kids went to Bubble London. We got to check out some of our favourite brands like Molo. We are loving their SS15 collection, soon to be seen in issue 2 of Mutiny Kids. AW15 though, its mind-blowing!
Here’s a sneaky peak from their instagram of the extremely busy stand. (this picture must have been taken before the crowds arrived, cause I never got a chance to take such a good picture!)
We love organic brands for babies and children, and the lovely Organic Babies stand, had the sweetest gift baskets made up, all ready for some new parents. So pretty!
Smafolk was, as always full of fun and colour
but, as we were visiting on Monochrome Monday, we found a couple of tops that fit in with our theme. Check out those must-have giraffes!
Speaking of rearranging people’s shelves to fit in with our #mkmonochrome theme, we loved chatting to the ladies at the Moccis stall, and gushing over these ridiculously cute and cosy shoes. Before I could utter words of jealously that I wish they came in adult sizes, I found out that THEY DOOOOOO!!! Too good.
No rearranging was needed on the Phister & Philina stand… they had it all ready for us. There’s a onesie in this picture, 9 hangers in from the left, that comes in baby sizes, but MAN will I do my best to shoe horn my 2.5 year old into it. It is beyond adorable.
This sweet little ice-cream romper from the always loved Toby Tiger had us wishing for summer to hurry up!
Some of our favourite newly discovered brands, that you will definitely hear more about in issue 2 are Papu, who create the most stunningly soft, and well cut clothing. Such as THIS heart jumper. I mean, hello? Teeny tiny hearts? I can barely take it.
When we were searching through the #bubblelondon hashtag, we spotted 2Gums. A new company who have a fantastic idea. You buy a sweatshirt, and then add a PatchON of your choice. I couldn’t resist picking this penguin patch for my Penny Penguin. The artwork on the patches is divine. We are so excited by this new company and what else they will have to offer.
We’ve raved about Nailmatic kids nail polishes before. At the press stand (which was super well organised and really helpful) I was given an envelope with a coin and a message, to head back to the Nailmatic Kids stand, Oh the excitement… The coin was for their very own vending machine, With my (unlimited, thank goodness, I’m not very good!) numerous attempts, I scored a pink bottle, which, Penny was delighted with. Toxin free, bright fun colours, perfect for little hands. Look at the range that is available, and can now be purchased as a set!
We met so many other amazing people, so many cool brands, and got overly excited about things that won’t be on the shelves for another 7 months. We met friends who we have spoken to numerous times, but never met (Waves at Slugs and Snails, psssstt, did you know there’s a free shipping code in issue 1 of Mutiny Kids?)
We’ll have heaps more news and stories about our day in London and who else we think deserves more than a mention, in issue 2, which is only a month away!
Have a great weekend everyone!
P.S Don’t forget to check out our Sonny Angels competition, with Retro Kids. Excusive to our instagram followers.
